Well I mean actually for a Rooms to Go Outlet some of the prices are still kind of high. I saw a nice modular sectional sofa but for $844 no I definitely wasn't feeling that price.

I’m giving this store 3 stars. A couple of weeks ago, I came in for a refund on some items. A young lady with a blonde ponytail greeted me and was very friendly and professional. She asked for the last four digits of my card to process my refund, and while helping me, I also asked about a delivery that was coming on a separate order.As she started explaining my delivery date, an older employee, whom I believe is named Shirley, interrupted her and said that my delivery had nothing to do with the return and that she should just process the refund. I found this very unprofessional. I was interested in both my refund and my delivery information, and as the customer, both matters were important to me. The young lady politely paused and asked if she could at least show me the delivery date, but Shirley insisted that she not do so. Despite the interruption, the young lady remained professional, completed my refund, and went above and beyond to help me. I truly appreciated her excellent customer service.I believe that in situations like this, employees who are already assisting a customer should be allowed to do their job without unnecessary interference. The young lady handled the situation very well, even while being challenged in front of a customer.The reason for my 3-star rating is solely because of Shirley’s behavior. The younger employee provided excellent service and deserves not to be talked over in front of employees.
