Our sales rep, Danny was a big help and explained all the details in a way we understood. Offered us plenty of options and made our experience very relaxing. Furniture options are exactly what we were looking for and prices were within reason.

Do not waste your time or money here. Sales people will openly lie to make a sale. The extended warranty they push you to buy doesn’t cover common repairs that may be needed. I waited 3 months for their manager Jim to call me back about an issue I had with furniture I bought here. Originally I was told the slip covers could be sourced, only to be left waiting 3 months for someone to call me back. Now, not only can the slip cover not be replaced, the entire set is discontinued. So now I’m stuck with a poorly built couch and chair and the only solution offered to me was 40% off of a used couch. Incredibly frustrating and insulting. I won’t be back, and I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know not to shop here.

We shopped in store for the couch we wanted here in Florida and found what we wanted, however our salesman at our store was not the best and not helpful at all, so we left. I went online and tried to order the couch myself but had a question and Ray helped me out. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure the couch I wanted would be delivered to me in a timely manner. He was so amazing and helpful throughout the process of buying online.
