Fred was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, he made the whole experience fun and stress-free. He has such a great personality and energy that it felt like I was shopping with a friend instead of a salesperson. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, especially since I had him measuring bed heights, adjustable bases, and mattress thicknesses over and over. I definitely put him to work! 😂 Somehow he was doing all the math in his head like a genius and never missed a beat. His knowledge and attention to detail helped me find exactly what I was looking for. By the end of my visit, we were laughing and felt like old friends.
