I would not recommend Rooms To Go financing through Acima Leasing to anybody. Rooms To Go honored my pricing, but afterward I was told I would have to re-sign paperwork because of an adjustment that was made. The whole situation felt very misleading and unorganized. Thankfully, when I came in yesterday, I met Mr. Donald, the new Acima manager, and he handled the situation professionally. He informed me that the young lady involved would be terminated due to poor customer service. I appreciate him stepping in and addressing the issue properly, because the experience before that was unacceptable.
