We had the best experience buying our new couch this past Saturday with Johnny. He listed to what we needed, wanted, and looked up six different options for total price including delivery and protection plans. Would 100% go back and ask for him specifically.

I needed assistance with changing my delivery date, and she handled everything with impeccable professionalism. While I'm not exactly sure of her official title—she may be in customer service, admin, or a similar support role—her impact was massive. ​Mary’s energy was absolutely awesome from start to finish. She was super pleasant to work with and made the entire process seamless. I am truly thankful for all of her help and everything she’s done for me.
