What a great experience! After getting completely burnt on a recliner from Wayfair, I was back on the hunt for a rocker recliner. I looked on Marketplace & thrift stores, not just to save money, but to me it’s also about recycling various items others no longer have a need for, still in good shape. Nothing jumped out at me. I went to various furniture stores and was shocked to see how much variation there can be in a single chair. I was always under the impression Rooms To Go was overpriced (they are in Florida). I went in anyway as a last ditch effort and was blown away but the selection and the prices were very fair! DANNY was my sales guy and he was awesome! He guided me to the different areas of the store where I could find rocker recliners (and there were a lot!), then let me do my comparisons without hovering. He was nearby to answer my questions - no pressure. Needless to say - I found a “Cadillac” of a recliner with so many bells and whistles - I thought it would be way out of my price range. I was super excited to see the total with tax, warranty and delivery. It was an easy transaction and I really enjoyed the whole experience. I hope you guys treated Danny to some cake since it was his birthday!
