I had such a great experience at Rooms To Go today! Scott, the gentleman who helped me, was incredibly patient, kind, and sweet. I can be pretty indecisive, and I spent hours trying to find the perfect couches, but he never once made me feel rushed. He kept reminding me, “You should get what you really like, and if you’re not sure, we can keep looking.” That made me feel so comfortable and confident in my choice. Thanks to Scott’s patience and support, I finally found exactly what I wanted. Everyone there was so nice and welcoming, but Scott truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for him!

I went in to find a dining room set with a set budget and style. Not only was Robert attentive to my needs, but he was very professional and showed empathy.
