Excellent!!!!! thank you Michael it was a pleasure.

Tony was an incredible sales partner to work with! Got a gorgeous leather set in navy and we’re in and out in under an hour.

We do love our couch, but we SPECIFICALLY asked if it would hold up with children and pets. We were guaranteed it would (spoiler - it absolutely has not held up), they talked us into purchasing an extra warranty through Guardian Protection.. The biggest waste of money. We were told after Rooms To Go came out to see our couch and clean up some stains that a claim would be submitted and we’d hear back in about a month. We have heard absolutely nothing from either companies, we’ve left messages, submitted more claims and crickets from both. Finally we got through to Rooms To Go today and the girl we spoke with truly so horrible, rude, unhelpful and has turned us to be completely sour towards both companies. We are so disappointed. If you choose to buy from Rooms To Go (honestly I wouldn’t) then DO NOT waste your money on the warranty. We are so discouraged and disappointed.
