Jason Lambes took real good care of me!!!

Beware warranty scam. Was told guardian warranty would cover certain items and be worth purchasing and kept pressing us to buy it from sales associate (we weren't going to buy it because we didn't want it to be a waste). Filed 3 claims that would be covered and all were denied because 2 (weren't reported immediately but in the warranty timeframe when we didn't know that was a requirement) and the third because the couch wasn't purposely punctured/damaged, the seam was separating in less then 3 years (poor quality) our couches look new despite this seam tear. Not trustworthy associates or company, just want your money. Asked for a refund and guardian told me it's rooms to go problem contact them, and Rooms to go told me they can't do anything. I'm not surprised as I told the sales person this but he assured us it was a great warranty and covered so many things.
