Shopping for living room furniture and after looking at other stores, decided to check Rooms To Go. At my first visit, Noreen greeted me with a smile and showed me around while asking questions to understand my needs. Always polite and zero pressure to buy. I returned a week later and Noreen again patiently helped me narrow the choices, and complete my purchase. Compared to other stores, Rooms To Go seems to have good quality at reasonable prices. It’s my first experience with RTG and their furniture … time will tell about the quality. As for customer service - Noreen was a delight to work with.

Andres Diaz was amazing!! He helped my boyfriend and I pick out furniture that fits our needs. He had so much patience with my boyfriend numerous of questions. He was so nice and professional. We truly appreciate him so much and I hope when you step into RTG .. ask for Andres Diaz!!!
