I would love to give the actual location in Greenville five stars, especially since our salesman and his manager were great but I can’t due to our recent experience with Rooms To Go as a whole. First of all, we’re long standing customers since 2012. We recently spent nearly $9K between two locations (mostly cash). The majority of our items were delivered damaged, even replacements were delivered damaged on multiple occasions. What really took the cake is that our most expensive purchase (Charcoal Fabric 7 Pc Power Reclining Modular Two) was delivered damaged which took months to receive. Initially there was not a problem getting the damaged pieces replaced. The first replacement pieces were delivered with damage worse than the original pieces so we asked for those to be replaced. A third attempt was made to replace the damaged pieces but this time we inspected them outside and we rejected them due to even worse damage than before which was the worst of the three. The issues with the Modular Two pieces were escalated and two different technicians were sent out to conduct a visual inspection with photos taken. The first technician told us in person that he did know known what to call the damage that he observed but he entered in his report that he observed “wrinkles” which are considered normal. The second technician came in and smoothed out what were actually wrinkles then took his pictures. All of the aforementioned about the Modular Two pieces have been deemed normal according to their manufacturer. The only option that we were offered to rectify this is to come in and select something totally different and if it costs more we pay the difference. This is just unacceptable.

It was a truly terrible experience. I purchased all my furniture from them—including the insurance coverage—yet when the living room furniture was damaged, they refused to acknowledge my claim
