I had such a great experience at Rooms To Go today! Scott, the gentleman who helped me, was incredibly patient, kind, and sweet. I can be pretty indecisive, and I spent hours trying to find the perfect couches, but he never once made me feel rushed. He kept reminding me, “You should get what you really like, and if you’re not sure, we can keep looking.” That made me feel so comfortable and confident in my choice. Thanks to Scott’s patience and support, I finally found exactly what I wanted. Everyone there was so nice and welcoming, but Scott truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for him!

I went in to find a dining room set with a set budget and style. Not only was Robert attentive to my needs, but he was very professional and showed empathy. We lost our belongings due to Hurricane Helene. He showed me so many wonderful options. Thank you Rooms To Go. I’ll be back when our home is repaired.

Although we had an issue at delivery (which was resolved the next day), we are very pleased with our furniture that we received. The store manager was excellent and quick to address the delivery concern, which we greatly appreciated! The store associate who works in the kid's department is very knowledgeable and made the shopping experience quick and easy. We will definitely be back again to furnish our living room next!
