We were treated extremly well when my mother had to swap out her couch and recliner. Walter the manager was extremely helpful and patient.He went above and beyond to care of us. The process was very smooth and we really appreciate him taking care of us.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Rooms To Go has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish. Our outdoor furniture arrived more than a month late, and when it finally showed up, it was incomplete. We only received the black frame of the sectional, and the slipcovers were missing. The one slipcover we did receive arrived torn. When we contacted Rooms To Go, we were informed that the couch had been discontinued, yet I still have not received all of the slipcovers needed to complete the set. We returned the torn slipcover to the store, where employees told us they didn't want it and instructed us to throw it away. Several days later, the company began repeatedly calling us, asking us to return the same slipcover they had told us to discard. What made the situation even worse was that they called our place of business and discussed our customer issue with our secretary. I found that to be completely unprofessional. After all of this, we still have not been able to enjoy the furniture because it has never been complete. We spent a significant amount of money expecting quality outdoor furniture and quality customer service. Instead, we've dealt with delayed delivery, damaged and missing parts, poor communication, and a furniture set that we have never been able to use as intended. The most disappointing part is that the couch isn't even two months old, and the seat cushions have already lost their shape before we've ever had the opportunity to enjoy the furniture as it was intended. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Rooms To Go.
