Kat and Joe at Rooms To Go Outlet located in Brookshire, Texas are a tremendous team! Kat went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. She searched tirelessly until she found the exact pieces I needed. Her professionalism, kindness, and warm smile made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Joe was incredibly patient throughout this two-month process. His communication was excellent, and he kept me informed every step of the way. He was always kind, professional, and willing to take the time to answer my questions. Both Kat and Joe brought such a positive attitude to every interaction. Their friendly smiles and genuine care made the entire experience a pleasure. I truly appreciate the effort they put into making sure everything came together. Thank you both so very much for everything you did. Rooms To Go is fortunate to have you on its team!

Bought a bed from them several months ago. Just dropped off half of it today. The technicians that put it together said “sorry you’ll need to speak with customer service to figure out where the other half is”. Spoke with customer service, and they stated “sorry. We don’t have the whole bed. We MIGHT be able to get it to you….NEXT YEAR” Now we have to go to another furniture store to get a kids bed since these clowns screwed up.
