The salesman her are so kind and pleasant, Ken Hamilton was so nice and very very helpful……NEW POST:5/28/26…I went to Rooms to go today, had not been there in about a couple of years since I brought my living room set from a Ken…but today I was on my way to a doctor’s appt and I had time to spare so I stopped in and I was met by the very kind young man man Douglas Hockom, he was very pleasant and kind and I explained my need and he let me walk around and browse for a while and we met up and talked ..my intentions was not really to buy anything today only to observe and look that would give me time to get back home and look at my room and check out the space for a dresser but to make a long story short he sold me a dresser and 2 night stands, he answered all of my questions and took his time with me, I didn’t feel pressured or uneasy, he is a very good salesman.and door manners were excellent.. and he has a very SMILE …

I order furniture living room , I get delivered the love seat and the chair come with no legs when I called customers service she said take 5 days and after that I have to call technician to install that legs after few days really bad service, I made the same mistake which is iam not going to make it again I bought recliner and that recliner really uncomfortable give me some back and neck pain and they refuse to change with another model or return so bad customer service experience
