My parents purchased two recliners from Rooms To Go, and unfortunately the experience has been extremely frustrating. Only six months after purchase, one of the recliners completely stopped working and would no longer recline. They called to report the issue and explained exactly what was wrong. When the technician finally came out two weeks later, he walked in and without even inspecting the chair, they told him the same thing they had already described over the phone. He said what it was and that a part would be ordered and sent in. After another two weeks passed with no update, they called to check the status. They were told the part had just been ordered that very day, despite already waiting two weeks. They were then informed it could take up to 90 days just to receive the part, and only after that would they need to schedule another appointment for installation. It has now been over a month, and there is still no part and no resolution. The most upsetting part is the impact this has had on my dad. These recliners were not just furniture; they’re a necessity. My parents cannot sleep in a bed, so they rely on their recliners to rest comfortably. Because of this delay, my dad has been left without the ability to properly recline or sleep as he needs to. They trusted the warranty to provide timely support, but this experience has shown a serious lack of urgency, communication, and care for customers;especially those with real medical needs. Very disappointed in both the product quality and the warranty service.

I had a very poor experience with a sales representative named Ban Alhammoodi at Rooms To Go. The level of customer service I received was far below what should be expected. She came across as dismissive, unhelpful, and uninterested in actually resolving my issue. What stood out the most was how poorly communication was handled. Instead of listening and working toward a solution, she was abrupt and made the interaction feel rushed and one-sided. It did not feel like she cared about the customer experience at all. Overall, the service I received was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend working with this representative, and I hope improvements are made so other customers are treated with more professionalism and respect.
