I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Rooms To Go. I spent thousands of dollars on furniture and was told delivery and assembly would take place a week after purchase. I had to take time off work just to be home for the delivery, which was already inconvenient. On the day of delivery, I was informed that the delivery team couldn’t reach my house due to a construction sign on the road. I immediately got in my car, drove around the sign, and met them at the end of the street to show them access was available. Their supervisor instructed them to continue with other deliveries and told me they would return in about an hour. Hours passed with no communication whatsoever. I finally had to call the company myself, only to be told that they had “attempted” to deliver again, couldn’t get past the same sign, and had left—without calling or notifying me at all. Now I’m being forced to wait an entire additional week for delivery. The complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially for such a large purchase. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me very dissatisfied with Rooms To Go’s customer service.

Great experience in the showroom. So easy to find items we liked that all match. Whole process of finding items and checking out took less than an hour. Woody was great to work with.
