The sales person told us our couch would be delivered in a week and then did my credit check after running my credit he told me the couch wouldn't be delivered until 3 weeks later and that a section of the couch wouldn't be delivered till over a month later. Honestly I feel like they took advantage of me because I'm young I asked to speak to the sales manager and he offered no help saying he couldn't do anything for me. Honestly I felt very scammed because they told me one thing then ran my credit and I had no choice but continue to get the couch or take the hit to my credit and where ever else I decided to buy a couch. If you're young go in with someone older or they will scam you! Very disappointed in their service and how they handle things. The sales manager did not care at all about what happened seems like they just wanted to meet their quota.

I came in today with just a thought of what I wanted. Nelly Regan criss-crossed the entire store with me today helping me put together a beautiful bedroom and living room set with a fireplace, tables and lamps. I felt like she was my personal shopper and not just a salesperson. If you want that level of attention to detail you have to contact Nelly at the Selma location. 11/10

Our expense at rooms to go was Nothing short of smooth and professional. We worked with Cory and he was very professional knowledgeable and courteous.
