The functionality is no where near what I sat in at your showroom! Very disappointed. Management told me to reselect another chair, they do not do refunds. In attempting to do this I was told to pay an additional $182 dollars for restocking fee! This is an unbelievable amount! I will donate the chair before I’ll pay that amount for a ‘restocking’ fee! Your corporate decisions on dealing with a unsatisfied customer lacks professionalism and consideration for handling the situation fairly. I will never do business with you again unless you reconsider and do something to address the experience I had.
My husband and I both love the recliners. There’s just one main issue on it and I’m scheduled Tuesday to have it repaired due to the installation that’s it otherwise it’s great comfortable and worth the price. Thank you.
Nice size chair
It's a nice comfortable chair it's a little too springy when you get up off of it if you're not careful it jumps up off the floor but a comfortable chair
