Left arm chase damaged . Contacted rooms to go & they Replaced that left arm Chase. It took weeks to get someone out then he had to order a replacement after noticing the defect. The replacement has the same defect. Because of their multiple week process to resolve issues with new orders/deliveries, it put me beyond the limit to return. That’s not fair. It is a manufactured issue so there’s nothing else that can be done. No compensation. No discount. Nothing. Just “I’m sorry, there nothing else we can do because it’s been a few weeks since delivered.” The only reason it’s been weeks is because that how long it took for them to get through there process.

Surprising comfort in this sectional sofa. Comfortable seating. Ottoman is nice in place of a recliner. Fabric is made to include a few plastic water bottles, great for being green! Don't clean with water. Apparently it will leave water marks so avoid spilling anything. Love the cream color! Hint, buy more pillows that match the couch color.
