Young men who brought the bed were very nice. Very professional.
Would like to give zero stars. Had a very bad experience. Was offered Labor Day sales, so we purchased 4 beds that we picked out on the showroom floor. They did not deliver the beds we picked out, but instead switched them for cheaper ones without telling us. So when we noticed it, we went back and asked them for the ones we paid for, but they told us we’d have to pay $300 more per bed even though we had a receipt. They said they’d let me have one bed for $150 since it’s their mistake. We paid the $150, but regret it because we had already paid and had a receipt that they wouldn’t honor! Still never got the other beds we ordered.
