Bait and Switch
We are very unhappy with the sofa Rooms to Go sent us. When we were in the showroom, the salesman, ARLYE HERNANDEZ (070204), showed us a couch which we agreed to purchase. He also showed us the material which would be on the couch when it was delivered. We purchased a couch and a loveseat for $588. Apparently, the sales person substituted a different sofa and loveseat in the purchase order at the time of the sale, which was not known to us. When the sofa arrived, it was not the sofa we had been shown and which we purchased in the showroom. The material on the couch was also not the material promised to us in the showroom. This is clearly a bait and switch where Rooms to Go sent us a less expensive sofa and eventually a loveseat which we did not purchase. This unfortunately represents the type of organization and sales person at Rooms to Go. We will never shop there again.
