Carnahan Gray Desk

This model features a minimalist, open-storage design with zero integrated drawers, making it ideal for those who prefer a clean, uncluttered aesthetic. While it doesn't have built-in drawers, the 30-inch height and open leg structure provide ample clearance to tuck a separate slim-profile filing cabinet or small storage bins underneath if additional organization is needed.

This desk is engineered for durability and style, featuring a frame built from black metal tube legs that wrap and frame the top for industrial-inspired stability. The desktop is finished in a gray reclaimed wood-look laminate, which provides the rustic aesthetic of aged timber while offering a surface that is more resistant to the daily wear and tear of a computer setup than traditional softwoods.

With a desktop width of 49 inches and a depth of 23.75 inches, this desk falls within the standard range for a functional home workstation. This surface area is spacious enough to comfortably hold a laptop and a secondary monitor or a single large display alongside your essential office supplies. Its 30-inch height aligns with standard ergonomic recommendations to help maintain a comfortable posture during the workday.

Customer assembly is required for this desk. The piece is designed for a straightforward setup and includes detailed instructions to guide you through the process. Due to the metal frame construction, we suggest assembling the desk on a carpeted surface or a soft rug to prevent any accidental scratches to the black finish during the installation.

Yes, this desk is specifically designed with a compact footprint to accommodate smaller living environments like urban studio apartments or multi-functional bedrooms. Its "open storage" design and straight-leg metal frame allow light to pass through the piece, which helps prevent a small room from feeling cramped or cluttered while still providing a professional-grade workspace.

Based on our furniture care expertise, we recommend dusting the surface regularly with a soft, dry cloth to prevent debris buildup. For spills or light stains, a cloth dampened with a mixture of mild soap and water is effective. To protect the integrity of the wood-look finish and the black metal frame, avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive scouring pads.
