Delivered on time within delivery window, not all of the functions of recliner were working! Had to call set up service appointment, took 1 week for technician to come and see what problem was ! He was able to fix it on the spot! All in all it wasn’t a bad experience! Factory where it came from didn’t do their job correctly! Rooms to go was very accommodating 👍
