The chairs were too Big for my apartment and I ask nicely if I could send back the chairs and keep the table and was denied.. I also asked if I could trade for something else even if it meant that the new furniture would be higher .. I was denied again .. All I was told that there was NOTHING they could do for me… VERY SAD
