Not the experience with the bed.
Order it in store had it delivered and only to find out it was damaged. Couldn't get a a sales rep. on the phone that would make it right. Had to call my sales representative at the store to help me out with it. Got it all straighten out to get a new bed ordered and set-up. Second delivery day comes and the gentlemen unload the bed and start setting up the bed out to find out it doesn't have the hardware (bolt, screws, etc.) to aassemble the bed. Luckily the damaged bed did have it so those were pulled out and the bed was put together. Hopefully one day RTG has a phone number or website were we are able to contact for and issues with furniture.
The bed is good so far. Time will tell if the quality of it is actually as bad as the internet says it is. However, your customer service is absolutely horrendous and has put me off purchasing from you ever again.
