Made of poplar solids, with a bold navy finish, the Cottage Colors dresser features six drawers that can easily accommodate your little all-star's entire wardrobe. Damaged dresser
I was told dispatch would send a new dresser and I have yet to receive due to damage on the dresser.
PISSED!
I’m so angry about having had to go through so much to pick up the dresser portion that I haven’t even enjoyed the new furniture at all. I called Wednesday to see if I could pick up the dresser portion ONE day earlier and was told by TWO different people it was there and the last person I spoke to said it wasn’t there so it would have to be picked up Friday. Just because no one could change the pick up date in the system. I had let them know it would be much more convenient for me to pick up Thursday and they didn’t care. I was having contractions the entire trip to Dunn and back to my house which is an 1.5 drive one way there and then back again. Someone needs to do better. The dresser had already been paid for. If this is your best customer service then I won’t be purchasing anything else from RTG. For what your company is charging for furniture, you should have much better customer options.
Still Waiting
I love the bunk beds but disappointed and still waiting for someone to get back to me about the missing knobs on the drawers.
