Don’t value there mission statement
I purchased these bunk beds and they came out to assemble the beds and forgot the screws. They had to order the parts, however, I have the parts and I have been calling them everyday and no one has come to assemble the bed. Customer service is very unprofessional and no one know anything. I can’t believe this large organization is operating in this manner. Please don’t shop with them it’s overrated.
I will never buy another product from Rooms to Go NEVER. I had the $1600.00 kid's bunk bed delivered to my VA Beach home from the Richmond branch store and paid additional fees to have it installed on October 1. It's October 20th and I have not been able to get them back to assemble it. Because I made a mistake about the assembly they will not come back. I called the corporate office and they will not send anyone back to my home in VA Beach to assemble it. They said they would send me back the $129.00 I paid for them to assemble it. I don't know who would be able to install the bunk beds, I am so upset about this issue. I have never had a problem with a company rescheduling an assembly. I am not sure if they left all the different parts. Be very careful spending money with RTG stores. Dissatisfied Customer Richmond, VA
