You have to be very careful and look at your itemized receipt with these guys. We bought a recliner and some stuff from rooms to go kids and both of which they added the extended protection plan without actually letting you know that is on there for charge. The way that both of the sales reps worded it is that the furniture comes with a three-year protection plan if something happens. What they failed to mention is that it actually costs extra, in my scenario it was about $170. So just make sure to check your actual receipts when you purchase furniture. I ended up having to call the store for the charges to be removed.
