Donald was awesome got me exactly what I needed

Bonnie Sapp is what every Sales Associate should be in any company!! She is extremely knowledgeable of her furniture products; she is very kind, courteous, and calm; and, she is willing to take the time to understand and work within a customer’s budget. Needless to say, Bonnie gave us not just a “furniture purchasing experience”, but she also gave us sound advice and wisdom regarding several options we were considering. Many Sales Associates are not willing to take the time to do that. I believe Bonnie is off Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so try and pick a day when she is in the store, and ask specifically for her!! YES, SHE IS THAT GOOD!!

Was treated extremely disrespectfully and hung up on by Victoria when requesting to cancel the nightstands on an upcoming order, because the current nightstands on an order that arrived do not match. She was not at all professional and should definitely not be in a sales/customer service position.
