I would recommend going to a different furniture store if you are already in the St.Pete area, many other stores that have better service. We actually really enjoy the couch, but unfortunately had a terrible experience with customer service and sales rep as we were promised that if we found our couch for a cheaper price online within 30 days of delivery they would refund us the difference, which is an amazing deal and we went with R2G because of this. Just to find out that they actually don't do this, even after the sales rep promised we would get this and to specifically watch for the Labor Day sale. After much back and forth with customer service, we finally decided to give up after noticing the lack of integrity this store has. From promised call backs that never happen to unapologetic staff, we decided to take the loss and move on. I only post this to try and save someone else the time/effort in choosing a place like this.
