Ethan did a fantastic job while I was shopping for new furniture. He made me feel welcomed. I wasn't rushed and I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me something. Ethan took the time to explain to me the furniture that I was trying to purchase and what the best products would be. I am happy with the service and my purchase.

I went to the Rooms To Go on US 19 in Clearwater looking for a sectional for my new home, and the experience was honestly terrible. I was greeted by one person who said a quick “hi” and then walked away. I spent about 30 minutes walking around the store, and not a single person offered to help me. I saw at least 10 employees just standing around talking to each other the entire time. After waiting that long with zero customer service, I finally walked up and said, “I guess nobody wants to sell me a couch,” and walked out. If this is how they treat potential customers, I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
