To make matters worse, I called the store afterward and was given completely different information about what the warranty covers than what I'm now being told through the claims process the exact lie they sold me on to buy the warranty in the first place. It feels like the warranty is sold based on complete lies and handled another. I paid extra for peace of mind, and when I actually needed to use the coverage, I got excuses instead of help. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency, poor communication, and refusal to stand behind what was promised at the time of sale. Will happily provide recording of lies.
