DO NOT SHOP HERE. The sales person lied and misrepresented when buying a mattress, lie #1 they carried a greater range and if we're dissatisfied with the mattress there is a sleep trial (lie #2). Mattress wasn't good, contacted their customer service, their customer service sent us to a store #1, that store refused to honor the 90 day trial, and tried to upsell us a different brand. Refused either a return or a replacement for Sunset Elite at the same price, stating this time that they do not carry any other Helix lines. They then sent us to a different store #2 which carries more lines, which refused to honor the sleep trial agreement and tried to upsell a different brand and a different mattress at a 30% higher price point, they then sent us back to call corporate customer service, which again refused to honor the sleep trial and tried to move us to a different brand.
