The service technician Cesar Alicea has no customer service skills. He came in to my home and didn’t say a word to me. He walked past me while on a phone call. He finally finished the call, and rudely told me, “show me where it is.” I directed him to the dresser that I wanted replaced, and made a motion with his hands to indicate what the issue is. He didn’t even treat me with basic human decency to communicate with words. I told him the issue, and told me that the guarantee might not cover it, and began to speak down to me and asked me if I knew how to take out the drawer. He made the report, and told me to call in three days to see what they’re able to do. I cannot understand how Rooms To Go could have employees like that, who blatantly disrespect their customers.
