Terrible experience with sales associate Gino, unable to combine my purchases to give me a flat delivery fee for all my pieces. Took my business to another rooms to go location (Millenia) and was able to save on my deliver and ADD additional pieces for no additional charge. Had to drive an addition 40 minutes, but got exceptional service at another location. Wish sales associate would actually listen to the request.

We had a great experience working with Lisa at Rooms To Go! She was amazing from start to finish and really stuck with us throughout the process. She was able to get us the bed frame we wanted in a timely manner and made sure we had all the right information along the way. She took the time to understand what was important to us, answered our questions, and made sure everything was covered. Jason, the manager, was also incredibly kind and helpful. He made sure we were taken care of and contributed to making the entire experience smooth and positive. We really appreciated the level of service from both Lisa and Jason. Highly recommend asking for Lisa if you’re shopping at Rooms To Go!

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation to Camille. We were very unsure about the furniture choices and cost, but Camille was remarkably patient and walked us through everything step-by-step. She was so attentive ,understanding, addressed all my questions. The level of excellent customer service she provided was outstanding. Thank you Camille!
