I purchased this dining table from Rooms To Go about a year ago and also paid for the extended warranty for peace of mind. Unfortunately, after only a year of normal use, the finish has started peeling off in several places just from regular cleaning. The table still looks nice overall, but the quality of the paint and finish is disappointing. When I contacted both the store and the extended warranty company, they each told me the issue was a manufacturing defect and that neither of them would cover it. I found it very frustrating to pay extra for an extended warranty only to be told that a defect like this isn’t covered. If you’re considering this table, be aware that while it looks great, the durability doesn’t match the appearance. I expected much better quality and customer support for the price.

Staff at this store are a joke. Also time for this company to get some fresh and new staff in corporate HQ. They would be able to make more sales for so many reasons.
