Ms. Jennifer Shotkus assisted me and my family, and she was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. ❤️ Having two little ones with us, she made the entire experience so much easier. We honestly had no idea what we were looking for, but she took the time to help us and made the process stress-free and enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, helpful, and truly cares about finding what you need, I definitely recommend Ms. Shotkus! She was amazing and made our experience even better! 😊

I called the store a few days ago and was in contact with Jen . She was amazing .. sent me pictures of what I was interested in . The set was purchased by grandparents a few days later .. They also mentioned how amazing and helpful she was . She was knowledgeable and gave excellent customer service from the first interaction to the sale I couldn’t be present at with texts and pictures. Highly recommend her as your sale associatie if possible.

Great selection of beds! We were ready to buy regardless of pricing but Evelyn, a sales representative made everything possible to avoid a sale. Made us feel like we should not buy from rooms to go. Telling us shipping is not free when all i asked is if shipping available. Very disrespectful. Felt discriminated. Hopefully Rooms To Go addresses this issue.
