We were looking for a specific sofa that Rooms to Go had advertised. As we enter the store we were greeted by Andres at the Melbourne store. Very gracious , attentive and professional. He told us to let Him know if we needed assistance and we asked him about the sofa that we were looking for. He showed us where it was. After deciding to purchase it we let him know, Andres explained everything to us about the purchase, confirmed the items we got and were out of the store in no time. Thanks Andres for bienvenidos so attentive.
Gloris Estaba was very helpful and very patient with my husband today.We were shopping for a new recliner.Happy to say he decided on one of the Shaq recliners.Good day all around.Glris was a pleasure to work with.
We wandered into Rooms to Go in what was planned to be one of several stops looking for a much-needed new mattress. 90 minutes later, having tried nearly every mattress in the store, we walked out having ordered a mattress that was delivered first thing the next morning. The store had an excellent variety of options across and within brands. Wendy was our patient and knowledgeable salesperson. She listened to what we THOUGHT we wanted and then helped us define what we ACTUALLY wanted based on our reactions to the many mattresses we tried. 30 days later, we've both slept better and are very happy with our Rooms to Go experience from start to finish.
