Rooms To Go is awesome! Scott Miller at the store on 192 in Melbourne, Florida should be Employee of the Year. We went in just to look and came home with a recliner. We are going back this week to get another one. Scott is great; he's got an encyclopedic knowledge of the inventory and options, is a whiz with the delivery options, and he's got a great sense of humor and a savant-like way with customer service. And on top of everything else, Scott SPEAKS GERMAN! (Shout out to all of my deutsche Freunde!) Anyway, go to RTG and find Scott; you will leave happy and with all the furniture you were looking for ( and probably some things you didn't even KNOW you needed!)

We had such a great experience working with Carley! She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so funny, friendly, and incredibly patient with us while we looked at all of our options. She really listened to what we were looking for and helped us stay within our budget without ever making us feel pressured or rushed. She made a boring process so fun! What we appreciated most was that she was never pushy, she gave us space when we needed it, answered all of our questions, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us find what worked best for us. She made the whole experience fun and stress-free. If you’re shopping at Rooms To Go, definitely ask for Carley! We couldn’t have asked for a better sales associate and will 100% work with her again!
