Celina was awesome. She let us shop and provided information when we needed it. Super-friendly, no sales pressure. And the prices are great.

this review would be negative 5 stars if it were possible !!! I will NEVER set foot in rooms to go ever again. I had an absolutely awful experience with this store, and if i managed this store I would be ashamed of Myself. Patsy is liar, is arrogant, and doesn't bother to try to satisfy a customer once he is sure he's got your money ; doesn't try to rectify the problem for the customer in any way except top offer store credits towards future purchases rather then rectify the problem at had first!!! Regardless that I spent almost 6 thousand dollars on a living room set. TV console 1st delivery very damaged straight out of the box! Customer care arguing with me to have it repaired vs deliver me a new one! I eventually got them to agree to exchange it. Second delivery even more damaged then the first! Again same ordeal ,arguing with me to repair it vs replace it. No offering for my troubles, no real concern for my inconvenience at all, just offered credits to get me to spend more money Third delivery, driver opens the box outside my house, and immediately he points out damage. This one had a broken frame! Every delivery arrived more damaged then the last. At this point I said , look I'm getting a very bad taste with this whole ordeal and I just want this to end , I want m y money back , you have tried three times and failed worse every time!! well I met alot of resistance but eventually they agreed to take it back , (i still had the first console in my living room, because they had refused to take it back every time!!!!) then they needed to schedule a pickup for the original console!! wasting yet another entire afternoon of my time. I said I bought the console , end table, and coffee table as a set. Now I am going to have to look for something that matches this set. I feel you should take back both tables, I haven't even used them yet because i was afraid this would turn out this way. The day of the third delivery, the driver showed me the inside of his truck, he said, look at this, I have a whole truck full of damaged product today!!! Most of the items I have today have been refused!!!! Patsy's response to me was no, but he would offer me a store credit to a future purchase!!! I said what would make you think I want to spend another dollar in your store? no response, then I was offered a rug at 50% off!!! Only trying to get deeper in my pocket rather then trying to rectify the original problem, and fix how badly they have inconvenienced me !!! He refused to take back the two tables because as he put it I have had them for two weeks!!!! I responded yes I have because of how poorly this situation has been handled by you and your store, and I have not even used them yet incase this turned out this way. NO matter what he would not take the set back!!!! Also, once he was sure I would not come back , he basicly was done with me, was very arrogant, and had not a care in the world for how badly my experience was with them. Horrible customer service. I also have a family member that bought furniture at another rooms to go location a few months ago already experiencing problems with their furniture, and Rooms to go is giving them a hard time also!! I just moved to florida from another state, just bought my first home. And I can thank rooms to go for making such a negative experience in trying to furnish my first home. I will never get back all the time I have wasted with them, was not offered a thing for my aggravation, time wasted, and inconvenience other then only on the conditions of me spending more money with them I would get a few crumbs ( like a 25$ credit towards a future purchase!!!!) that is total bad business, completely unethical, and as far as I'm concerned a terrible attitude towards customers

We had a great shopping experience! Michael was extremely patient and helpful. And really nice. He listened to what we needed and showed us several options. He answered all our questions and made some suggestions we hadn’t thought of that worked perfectly! Really happy we got to work with him.
