We had come from City Furniture, and walked over to Rooms to Go. From the moment we came in, Jose greeted our entire family and made us feel welcomed. He gave us our space to look around and then came to check in on us, and we were able to successfully purchase our new couch. He made us feel welcomed and answered all our concerns.
