Be careful when purchasing an expensive mattress at Rooms To Go. The sales person will present the exchange policy stating that if for any reason, you are not comfortable on the mattress within 90 days, it can be exchanged. It gives you a false sense of security. But if you read the fine print, no money will ever be returned to the customer if the mattress is exchanged for a cheaper product. The sales person won’t state that fact. I purchased a hybrid mattress that felt great at the store. What was delivered to my house feels like plywood. I went back to Rooms To Go to exchange for something softer. The softer mattress would have been significantly cheaper. No money is refunded and you will be responsible for all deliver costs. Stay away from Rooms To Go sales tactics and lies. They lost me as a customer and my entire family. Hopefully they will also lose you.

Melissa Provost is one of the reps that helped me and my mom get a couch with rug and new bedroom set with mattress. Melissa was so professional and honest about everything she didn’t try to sell the most expensive thing to us she sold with integrity and what best fit our needs. Definitely will be working with Melissa again next time 10/10.
