Matt Davis was our sales associate. He greeted us when we entered the store and we told him what we were looking for. He let us look around without following us or being pushy. He said we would check on us in a little while. He gave us plenty of time and then answered any questions we had. We told him we were just starting to look and wanted to look at some other stores in the area. He encouraged us to do that. After looking at 3 other stores we decided that the couch set we saw at Rooms To Go was what we wanted. We returned and Matt helped us make the purchase. Matt was great and we would definitely purchase from him again.
Olivia Terwilliger was our sales rep for our purchase. She was very helpful and positive during our visit. We felt very confident working with her and she made the process of purchasing our furniture very easy. She even took the time to give us a call a couple of days later to ask about our delivery date. It was a very positive experience.
