Very disappointing customer service experience at this location. We were in the store for over 30 minutes and not one employee greeted us or asked if we needed assistance. What made it worse was watching customers who came in after us get helped while we were completely ignored. There were 5+ employees in the showroom, with some walking around and others on their phones, yet no one bothered to acknowledge us. We came in genuinely interested in purchasing furniture, but the lack of basic customer service made us feel unwelcome and frustrated. We shouldn’t have to chase down an employee just to ask for help. I hope management addresses this because this was an extremely poor first impression and not the level of customer service I would expect from Rooms To Go.
We went into rooms to go and met a really great salesman Brian. I tend to be very fast pace and he kept up with us and was very patient with whole process. I will Definitely ask for him in the future!
Danny was very helpful. He introduced himself, we had talked on the phone prior. He allowed us to wonder around at our pace. When it came time for questions, he was right there. He was not push or tried to steer us away from our choices. Did some paper work, he gave some options on delivery vs pick up. Super easy to work with.
