⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish! I recently purchased furniture from Rooms To Go and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, Alex Birthrong made all the difference. Alex was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed — no pressure, no rushing, just excellent, personalized service. He walked me through options, helped me understand what would work best for my space, and made the whole process enjoyable. But the great service didn't stop at the store. The delivery team (Deandre) was equally impressive. They arrived on time, handled every piece of furniture with care, and had everything set up efficiently and professionally. They were courteous, respectful of my home, and made sure everything was exactly where I wanted it before they left. It's rare to find this level of consistency in customer service from the showroom floor all the way to your front door. Rooms To Go has earned a loyal customer. Ask for Alex Birthrong — you won't be disappointed!
Had an amazing experience today at this location. My sales associate Kimberly Smith was extremely welcoming and accommodating. I furnished my entire apartment at Rooms to Go because of people like her and the loading crew. When I first walked to the store, Kimberly walked up to me with A beautiful smile on her face she introduced herself and reminded me she was there to help me with whatever I may need. That alone threw me by surprise because I wasn't exactly dressed well I told her I just wanted to look around and she stayed not too far away from me if I needed anything but not too close to me to make me feel uncomfortable. When I finally decided on what I wanted. I was nervous of her reaction when I told her all I wanted was on clearance for 75% off. But there was no negative reaction. She treated me as if I was ordering enough stuff to furnish an entire house. My bill was literally only $140 in a furniture store! Then when it came time to load the two lamps and the painting into my car, the loading staff was extremely accommodating. Unfortunately they could not get the painting to fit inside the car. They offered a delivery service but I couldn't justify it because it was so cheap. LOL so I ran to hobby lobby to get some rope to tie it on the top of my car and when I got back the loading crew had it all wrapped up and ready for me. But for obvious liability reasons, they couldn't help me tie it to the roof of my car because I didn't have a rack on the top of my car. Which I totally understand and respect but I got the job done. And they seemed really cool about me being out there for 30 minutes tying into my car which I really appreciate.... All in all the staff at the perimeter location exemplifies the reason why I only shop at Rooms to Go for my furniture and decoration needs
