Paul embodies excellence in customer service! He was extremely patient and courteous as we went back and forth about pieces for our living room. We went back a second time to purchase couches. Because Mike was such a great help, we asked specifically for him again. His patience in walking around and helping us pick just the right couch with matching couch sofa bed made our experience a pleasure. He was not pushy when explaining the extra coverage we could purchase. Because they are cream-colored we decided to do so. We're also quite happy that we can have them delivered when our home is completed, and not have to look for a place to store them. We still have more to purchase and will be back!

They should tell you upfront that there is a no return policy on items. Once I got the set and seen it in my space I wasn't happy with it. If you buy online they will let you return the items up to 48 hrs of delivery. But if you buy in store there is no return policy. Doesn't make since. I will not be goin back here ever.
