The young adult and I knew what we wanted and we were met with a salesperson who was well informed to get us to the finish line without too many frills! Ever go into a furniture store and the sales person doesn’t listen or has their own agenda for up selling extras? It can be so annoying and overwhelming however, the experience we had over the weekend with Brittany B at The Rooms to Go in Duluth was pleasantly refreshing. Brittany B was very knowledgeable and super efficient. Our transaction was so quick, we were back home in time for Sunday football!

Dustin at the Gwinnett store was super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He gave us time to look and discuss options yet was available when we were ready to talk.

I got my $5000 leather sofa on 7/11/25. My floor was damaged when i got my second delivery on 7/23/25… i called customer service the same day and they opened up a claim… few days later, i got an email from SEIDS and they asked me for pictures and videos. I did send them all that but they denied the claim on 9/11/25… i sent detailed emails again on 9/18/25 but they replied today saying that they will be holding to the denial. I told them that i was on top of everything and I did notify customer service right after the 2 guys left. It was noticeable what they did to the floor and i have to get this fixed before my lease is up. I didnt cause this and now no one wants to take responsibility…. I need the store manager to help me… my salesperson was great but im so dissatisfied with this whole situtaion… if no one takes responsibility then im not going back to rooms to go ever again…. And i was going to buy something else at the end of this year.
