Located in Newnan, Georgia don’t believe anything. The sales reps tell you. You need to read the documentation with your eyes to verify the facts. I was given incorrect information and asked somebody with a disability. I relied on the information to being accurate before I purchased the item. Now I have to go to the hassle to call back and re-verify as they are telling me the information is incorrect with somebody, helping us simply move one object to another side of the house when that was what we were focused on, making sure a company would provide the service when delivering the new item. The town doesn’t have many options to purchase anything so you’re hoping for the best but transparency in a business is 100% key and taking advantage of somebody with a disability by just trying to sell them on something is really sad
I’m disabled and was told by the rep in store I would be able to have movers move my couch to another room. I sw the online chat rep and she restated that’s incorrect. I would need to ask whe. They arrive. I stated I needed help or I’d have a to cancel the order and they just repeated you’d have to wait till they arrive. What a load of nonsense. You get jerked around no matter what. 2nd time and we live in Newnan Ga. Not a lot of options and forced to hope for the best. Just bad business.
