Saleswoman Ms. Sara sold us a much needed leather sectional. Immediately upon entering she introduced herself and gave us space to look around without being approached and followed. Her approach made us want to purchase there and stop looking elsewhere. At a previous unnamed furniture store we visited we were followed and approached every few minutes and this was a huge turn off. But with Ms Sara at Rooms to Go in Newnan, she gave us time and space needed to choose and process what we wanted. She was very knowledgeable about the furniture and patient with us because we changed our mind on a few things. She made us aware of payment options and gave us details about delivery. Overall our experience was positive and smooth because of her approach. Manager Matt was also a pleasure to meet and informed us on things Ms Sara had told us.
