I had 2 wonderful salesmen, Andrew in rooms to go kids, as I wanted a twin size bed. I got a twin size day bed trundle. It was the only that caught my eye, which I will love. The other salesmen was Drew in the side that has sofas, chairs. As I bought a recliner in the lazy boy section. Both listened to what I wanted. I bought a Lazy boy recliner which I will love. Both salesmen are wonderful in want they do. They listen to the customers.

We visited the Rooms To Go store in Kennesaw, GA today 04/11/2026 with the intention of buying furniture a reclining loveseat but unfortunately the experience was very unpleasant. From the moment we walked in, a salesperson named Willi kept following us and approaching us repeatedly, even after we politely asked him several times to let us browse on our own. He interrupted us at least 5–6 times, which made us feel very uncomfortable. The situation got worse when he made inappropriate comments, suggesting that we were not real customers and criticizing us for spending too much time in the store. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. My wife and I felt discriminated against, especially because we are Latino and due to our appearance at the time, as we had just come from exercising and work. The experience was so uncomfortable that it almost made my wife cry. We tried to address the situation with the store manager, but it was not handled properly and only made things worse. We expected to be treated with respect like any other customers, but we left very disappointed. Based on this experience, we do not recommend this location.
