Worst store PERIOD I have been waiting on a repair on a chair that I bought an extended warranty on for over two months and the repair has been approved through the warranty company already Guardian Protection Products. It's a joke and these people don't care PERIOD

This is not a review of the store, but the sales woman on that particular day. I should of asked for the older gentleman I worked with on a previous visit. He was a lot more personable, but I couldn't remember the name and she immediately migrated to me. The reception just wasn't good. This was the following day when I returned to purchase an item. No good morning, how are you today. Anyway, after I purchased the carpet the next day, she seemed to get annoyed when I didn't want to purchase a carpet pad after I purchased the carpet. She said with a sarcastic look on her face, "then what are you putting under the carpet"? I said NOTHING. After the sale I said thank you, she said OK, then walked away. I actually turned towards her as she was walking away, to see if she was going to say have a wonderful day or something. I do give her credit for finding the carpet I was looking for that she just happened upon. I also had a brief encounter with the Manager who was also not so personable. Extra smiles and just a little "Thank You" can go a long way. I'll still shop there because I want to cater to the businesses in our community and you can't blame the others for one unfortunate event. But, the next time I will look for the other gentleman with the suit. So sorry I can't remember his name. By the way, that carpet was perfect!
