First time shopping in a Rooms To Go and I definitely enjoyed the showroom and Nadia. Nadia was on top of keeping track of what I was interested in and providing me information electronically to make my final decision. I paid for the two chairs on June 28, 2026 and found out they would be delivered on July 28th. You don't get delivery times until 2 days prior to delivery. Well on the day BEFORE delivery, I get a call with little information saying that there was a "manufacture delay" and they would not be delivered. When I called to find out what was happening, I was told the chairs were damaged while loading and they would be delivered on August 12th. Two days before August 12th I get a call that they will be delivered at a certain time. One day before delivery I get a call that there is a "manufacturer delay". When I call to find out more I'm told that they are on backorder and the next truck is August 21st. However, they do NOT know what will be on the truck on August 21st and so I STILL don't know when I will get my chairs. They charged my card in June and the end of August I still don't have my chairs. I am unhappy with their delivery process! ______________________________________________________________ I originally gave this review a 2 because of the issues above. But working with Nadia and her Manager, I was able to get my chairs and they are even more beautiful than I expected. I'm not giving a 5 because no one wants to have the issues I experienced above; but everyone worked together and with me to get me what I ordered. The delivery guys were great and now I smile everytime I look at my chairs.
