Yesterday my husband and I came into Rooms To Go. When we came in, there wasn’t a single salesperson by the door to greet us (at 6:30pm) so we walked around until we found Ray. Even though he was already helping other customers, he still took the time to assist us and checked in on us back and forth until we found the right furniture for our home. That kind of service deserves a gold star!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Our shopping experience was great because of Ray; he was friendly, funny, patient, and professional the whole time. Unfortunately, the rest of the sales team didn’t seem as welcoming. We were the last customers that evening around 8:20pm and not one of the female staff members greeted us or made eye contact. As we were leaving, three of them were sitting and chit chatting by the door and didn’t acknowledge us at all. I was expecting some glance or good night. Thank you Ray!!! You made our visit a truly positive experience!! If I were you and planning to go to RTG in Gulfport, save your energy and go find Ray! You’ll thank me later! 🙌
